“UGLIEST PLANT CONTEST” 

  Official Rules - 2011

 

1. To be eligible, plants must be alive and have at least 5 leaves naturally attached.Two entries maximum per HOUSEHOLD, no purchase necessary.  Enter by printing name address & phone on an Official Entry form or
on a 3 by 5 inch card, and submit along with a photo of your “Ugliest Plant”.   Entry information and
photos may be e-mailed to bcflorist@att.net, or dropped off at Beavercreek Florist or sent by US Mail to:

2. Any plants brought into the florist for entry, will have a flower shop employee  take a digital photo at no
charge to the entrant. The plant, ugly or not, must then be removed by the entrant.

 

3. All entries must be received by May18, 2011. Photographs will be judged for ugliness by an impartial
person or group designated by the florist with all decisions final. Winners will be notified by phone or
mail on or before May 24th. Allprizes must be picked up by June25tth, 2011.

 

4. First Prize:   The winner will receive a $50.00 Beavercreek Florist gift certificate, valid on the
purchase of any plant of winners choice or any other Beavercreek Florist purchase including
flowers sent by Teleflora in theU.S. Or Canada. Plus a $10.00 Bruning’s Clock & Home Accent
Store Gift Card. Retail Value: $ 60.00

 

Second Prize:A $30 fresharrangement or planter delivered or sent anywhere in the U.S.
or Canada and a box of Friesinger’s Fine Candy(or similar candy) . Retail Value: $ 39.95

 

Third Prize:$10.00 Beavercreek Florist Gift Certificate and 4 piece sampler box of
Friesinger’s Fine Candy.   Retail Value: $ 14.95

 

5. Contest is open to US residents 18 years or older. Employees of Beavercreek

Florist or Bruning’s, are not eligible, including temporaryor seasonal employees, and or
their immediate families. Odds depend on the number and ugliness of entries received.
